Honey with mummies for joint treatment

For external use, heat a small amount of honey and add mummie to it (about 1 gram per tablespoon of honey). The mixture is thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

The resulting paste should be applied to the affected joints and left for 30-40 minutes. It is advisable to wrap the sore spot with a towel to keep warm.

When ingested, mummie is added to honey in a ratio of 1: 50, the resulting mixture is consumed 3 times a day, one teaspoon 30 minutes before meals. It is advisable to take honey with mummies in courses of up to 28 days, after which it is necessary to take a week-long break.

Pork in honey sauce with fried cucumbers

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS

  • 400 g pork tenderloin
  • 3 cm long piece of ginger root
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 3 tsp. chopped lemon zest
  • , a few green onion feathers
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cups dry white wine
  • vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons
  • wine vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 4 fresh cucumbers

Step 1

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into 1 cm thick longitudinal slices. Carefully cut off the seeds with a knife, save them.

Step 2

Mix 50 ml of soy sauce with vinegar. Add cucumbers to the resulting mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Chop the cucumber seeds. Peel and grate the ginger. In a bowl, mix cucumber seeds, ginger, lemon zest, honey, wine and remaining soy sauce.

Step 4

Wash the pork and cut into 1 cm thick pieces. Put the pork pieces in a bowl, pour in the resulting mixture, mix and leave for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the cucumbers from the marinade, dry with paper napkins and fry in 2 tablespoons of heated vegetable oil for 1.5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a preheated dish in the oven or microwave.

Step 6

Heat the remaining vegetable oil in the same pan. Fry the pork over high heat for 2 minutes on each side, then add the meat marinade to the pan and cook for another 4 minutes.

Step 7

Put the meat on a dish with cucumbers. Sprinkle with black pepper and finely chopped green onion.
